Details
This module allows you to import and export your customer review data such as review title / review description / if review is approved or not and you can import any type of review (product/customer/category). See Screenshot of example import_bulk_customer_reviews.csv for a more details. This extension will import/export data in CSV format or Excel Workbook Sheet (standard XLS).

Allowed me to import 500 valuable reviews from a non Magento source. (Interspire ). I didn't quite understand the installation instructions but Scott offered to install FOC. I'm converting a store from an old and unsupported shopping cart to Magento. The store has been running for 16 years, and has almost 6,000 product reviews. We wanted to preserve that history.Price Quality Value
I though this would be a monumental task until I found this extension. I wrote a program to extract the reviews from the old store and create CSV files according to the format in the sample files that came with the extension, and the extension did the rest.
There's still a lot of work to do, We have to import the product, get it's ID number, and use that to import the product's reviews. But this extension handles all the heavy lifting on the import.
