This extension adds the ability for the customer or admin to flag addresses as business or residential. This extension and can be used with other modules / themes extensions. It allows customer to choose residential or commercial for the address in both one page and multi address checkouts and works with Fedex/UPS shipping rates to give a different rate based on if the address is marked for residential or commercial.
